It’s so interesting Julie that when I needed to step back you were holding a beautiful space for people over this period. It really is the ebb and flow that we find within, rather than dates to be tied to. I am aiming to become more aligned with what nourishes my soul and then reset and recharge when I need to. It’s such an important part of the whole. Enjoy your break, look forward to seeing you in the other side!

Thanks Louise, I am becoming more aware of how I fall into letting expectation guide my movements. Looking into what am I tied to that doesn't serve me. Discovering that my inspiration and creativity has nothing to do with any of this. This is what I am contemplating right now. As well as nourishing my soul too! Love to you Louise!
