Julie, when I was at school our school motto was "Fortiter et Suaviter" - Nothing is as strong as gentleness and nothing is as gentle as real strength.

It was only a few years ago that I really GOT the true meaning of this...To be gentle requires strength and to be strong requires gentleness. It is the liminal line. The infinity symbol. The threshold. It is a power that when we accept within us we are able to stand tall in courage because we know that despite the fear we can "move that mountain" (so to speak) in a way that INVITES CHANGE and GROWTH and LOVE.

Thank you, Julie...a great reminder, and for me a great acceptance of such energies within me. x

I love this, Julie! ♥️ The part about sacred rage was especially moving to me. I had never thought about it in those terms before. Thank you so much for these amazing insights!

“Strength as the ability to meet impermanence as the catalyst for transformation. Enabling us to live from our unlimited potential.”…. Love this Julie …and the reasoning behind RWS vs Thoth deck switch.

Also so important as you say to be in touch with one’s anger as an expression of what’s wrong… anger doesn’t mean violence which so often gets conflated 💕👍🏼

This is written so beautifully Julie! A lot of the courage I’ve been shown lately has been about facing unresolved trauma from childhood that I have been opening up myself to understanding on a deeper level. I continue to plunge into my healing process for the sake of my own health, but as well as being able to guide others into their unknowns in an empathetic and safe way. I do this out of pure desire for the health of the collective ♥️

Reading this brings to the forefront the strength to continue on the path when everything is crumbling in the outside world. That inner determination that you can conquer anything that is thrown at you and the courage will rise up from somewhere. Harnessing that energy to protect yourself and loved ones when it’s needed, but not done from a place of aggression, but love. And there we are again. Thank you. 💫🙏
