Ahhh, the Moon. This feels like just the medicine I need today! Thank you! I love how you call attention to the deep connection to the feminine here in all its ways. Cycles and mysteries and slow transformations. I want to linger in the space for a very long time. 💖💖💖

Thanks Jenna, I have been wanting to write about the Moon card for awhile, finally the time was ripe! And the synchronicity! Especially after Erica told me about her Moon journey... which inspired me to create a moon card spread which I did yesterday morning. I love this spread, will use it again! I can share with you next time we meet if you are interested. Much love to you! 💖

Julie I just did a guided hypnosis into the landscape of the moon card (my guides instructed me to do this). Still processing as it happened 2 days ago, wow wow wow. We may need to discuss.

Ohhh Sounds very intriguing. Another synchronicity and the moon's magic is strong right now, would love to hear what you received. DM me and we can set something up.

You've reminded me Julie that since I've moved house I've not spoken with Grandmother Moon. You see I can't see her out the window as I could before. That relationship is special, I used to tell her all my secrets. I think I will reconnect and ask for her guidance. The illusions are dissolving away, but then we ask ourselve what are we left with? What purity indeed. Thank you for this magical post. xx

Thanks Louise! The only window in our house that we can consistently see the moon is our bedroom window. At certain times of the year her position is such that her light shines on us as we sleep. I have always loved that and felt comforted by it. Yes Louise, I agree she is a powerful confidant. I speak to her too, there is much wisdom in her glow! ❤

Such a powerful post dear Julie. To be held in the liminal places in the cycles of the moon is, to me, to be invited to go to places of both known and unknown landscapes. The moon goes through the same cycle each month, however I always enter them differently. My awareness, my intuition, my dreaming, my daily life...different each day, each month, and in this difference I am invited to shift and change, open and close, act and react in so many ways. She invites me to step up and to go within, She invites me to seek solace in my uncomfortableness and in my sense of security, She invites me to howl at her and at the same time be soothed by her.

Ahhh, the Moon...I am but a child in her presence, and yet I am more...🌕🌙🌑

Thank you Sam! Yes, she is crazy magic. Shifting and changing, cycling and moving. Yet there is a certain consistency to her as well, which brings a peace and the soothing you mentioned. My heart always opens when I find her in the sky. Then the wildness, the deep calling to the womb, to nature, to dance and to howl. Yeeeeow! It is wee morning for me as I write this, and I visited with her before I entered my office space. Nothing like being met with her glow. Sam, loved what you spoke of here, I feel this so strongly too. 🌖🌗🌘🌑🌒🌓🌔🌕

Loved this. And I've been working with Rider Waite since the mid 1970s but I think today was the first time I consciously received the symbolic illustration showing the connection of the Moon to the Sun and that a deception of the Moon is that it is shining its own light and not reflecting the Sunlight. Deception there. Love the emphasis on cycles, too. This Full Moon had a grand cardinal cross with the impending Mars opposition Pluto. Mars in Cancer, the sign of the Moon, aggressive in protection of home and family but also of the people of a nation. The news this morning was a bit disturbing as the greater conflict looms.

Thanks Shelllie! I love that this brought you deeper insight into The Moon card. And why I love tarot and reading different interpretations! The meanings of the cards are not stagnant, they are relational. And as I grow with the wisdom of life so does my understanding of the symbolism of the Tarot. And wow that is significant transit. Times on planet earth are not easy right now.
